每周一，周四晚上7:30PM – 9:00PM 

活动描述:

杨群竞速三项跨代小组挑战赛将要为50 名加拿大青少年提供36 次网上同步视频训练课程，教授乒乓，魔方，叠杯三项竞速体育活动。希望在训练之后，受训的青少年们能够在家里带领他们的家人或朋友一起练习竞速三项。并且在活动最后，每个青少年们和家人朋友组成一个跨代小组参加杨群竞速三项跨代小组挑战赛。

活动目的:

为了应对COVID-19给大家带来的冲击， 希望通过这个活动可以帮助到不同年龄/代的群体：青少年, 成人，以及老人。 鼓励他们参加了解各种社会活动，促进他们的身心健康。

活动奖励:

参与奖：奖品根据参加者活动参与期间获得的参与分来颁发

挑战赛大奖：培训之后上传挑战视频，前六名会获得奖杯奖牌和奖品

YPPA SPEED 3 INTERGENERATIONAL TEAM CHALLENGE

 Event Description：

Yang Speed 3 Intergenerational Team Challenge is to offer 36 virtual training sessions to 50 Junior & Cadets Canadian Youth, teaching them Speed 3 Sports: Table Tennis, Rubik's Cube, and Cup Stacking, which they can then practise at home with family and friends. And they will then form intergenerational teams to participate in the Speed 3 Team Challenge at the end of event.

Event Propose：

The event helps to address the impacts of COVID-19 by fostering social inclusion and learning, and promoting mental health and wellness, of children and youth, as well as adults, especially seniors and elders.

Participant Awards: Prize based on Participating Points collected

Challenge Awards: First Six Awards with Trophy, Metal, and Prize
